Leningradsky Cake

A square-shaped cake consisting of two shortbread cakes soaked in apple jam and vanilla cream. Filled with chocolate icing on top. The sides of the cake are sprinkled with sponge chocolate chips. The top is decorated with a pattern, decor and an inscription made of vanilla cream.
